The location
Our activity is located in our house in the Ardeche, a magical place 600 mts above sea level surrounded by woods and meadows, winding footpaths, cows and goats, where the summers are never too hot and the winters provides as much snow as we could ever want. I have restored an ancient stone convent, adapting it to my needs, with the idea of creating a place for my animals that is as close as possible to their natural environment. With over 5 hectares of big fields and spacious aviaries, there are no cages or stalls. Dogs and cats have free access to the house.
